A. High-Shear Vacuum Homogenizer Mixer
- Purpose: Ensures perfect emulsification of surfactants (like AES/LAS) and water.
- Feature: Bottom or top-entry high-speed rotor/stator (up to 3,000 RPM) to eliminate lumps and ensure no sedimentation.
B. Precision Mixing & Agitation
- Design: Anchor-type agitator with PTFE scrapers to clean the inner walls, preventing material charring during heating.
