Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A1: We are a factory specializing in the production of vacuum emulsifying mixers, RO water treatment machines, storage tanks and other equipment for cosmetics, food and chemicals, with a history of over 10 years.

Q2: If we purchase equipment from your company, what guarantees and after-sales services are there?

A2: All equipment ordered from us will be covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. We can send engineers to install or repair the machines locally.

Q3: What is your delivery time?

A3: After receiving the advance payment, it usually takes 30 to 45 days for delivery. The specific delivery time depends on the project and the order quantity.

Q4: Do you test all the machines before delivery?

A4: Yes, we conduct 100% testing before delivery.

Q5: Can you produce according to the samples?

A5: Sure, we accept OEM. Most of our machines are custom-designed according to the requirements or circumstances of our customers.

Q6: What are your payment terms?

A6: 50% of T/T is as a deposit and 50% is for delivery.

Q7: How do you control quality and delivery?

A7: All of our machines will be tested before packaging. We will send you the teaching videos and packaging pictures for inspection. We guarantee that our wooden packaging is strong and safe enough for long-term delivery.
