Vacuum Emulsifier Operation Stages
Vacuum Emulsifier Operation Stages:
- Preliminary Stirring and Mixing (Pre‑Emulsification Stage)
- Activation of the Vacuum System (Degassing Stage)
- Homogenization Operation (Core Emulsification Stage)
- Secondary Stirring and Insulation (Stabilization Stage)
Purpose: To further mix the homogenized materials uniformly, stabilize the emulsified system, and prepare for subsequent cooling.
Specific Operations: After homogenization is complete, turn off the homogenizer and keep the main emulsification pot stirring (the speed can be appropriately reduced to 100‑200 rpm). Insulate according to process requirements (e.g., maintain around 70°C) for 5‑10 minutes to ensure uniform dispersion of fine particles and prevent agglomeration.
